Are reservations required?
Yes, you need a reservation to join any of our tours, but if you can't pay in advance, please email us. You must make a reservation at least 12 hours in advance.
Are private tours available?
Absolutely! If you would like to schedule a private tour, please head on over to our contact page and let us know!
Do you provide insurance?
Absolutely! We have partnered up with Fubon Life Insurance. If you would like us to provide you with complimentary insurance, we will need some extra details after your booking is confirmed. Just let us know!
Are your rides family friendly?
You bet they are! Families are welcome to join. However, everyone must be a competent bicycle rider, and the minimum age requirement to participate is 12 years old.
The tour I want doesn't have enough room for my group, what can I do?
If the tour you want to go on is full or almost full, just send us a message. We will do our best to find a way to accommodate you!
I don't speak the local language, can you help me communicate with locals or buy souvenirs?
No problem! We will be able to help you out with any language barriers you might face.
What bikes do you use?
We use easy to ride, Taiwan built, 3-speed city cruisers that comfortably fit those between 150cm and 190cm. If you want to bring your own bicycle, please contact us first.
Where do your rides start?
We start just blocks away from the famous Dihua Street in the middle of Taipei. It is easily accessible by Taipei's convenient MRT system. Please check our rides section for specific locations and directions. We can not pick you up from your hotel.

What should I wear?
Wear what's comfortable and fitting for the weather. The Taiwan sun is really strong, so protective wear is recommended on sunny days. Please don't wear baggy pants, dresses, or flip-flops.
Are your tours canceled if it rains? Will I get a refund?
The tour will still run in light rain, so dress accordingly! During severe weather, however, the tour will be canceled or rescheduled and you will be eligible for a full refund. We will let you know about ride cancellations at least 2 hours in advance.
What should I bring?
We recommend that you bring a backpack, some extra money, sunscreen, and your normal necessities. However, don't take what you can't ride a bike with, we don't have extra storage!
Are small children allowed on the ride?
No, unfortunately, we do not have the equipment to accommodate small children.
Who can go on a ride?
Any competent bicycle rider 18 years or older, or 12 years or older and accompanied by a parent or guardian may join our rides.
Should I bring water?
We will provide you with a bottle of water, but you're welcome to bring extra. Please remember that Taiwan, especially during the summer, can be very hot and humid, so it is important to keep hydrated.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you paid online and cancel 12 hours or less you will receive no refund.
Is riding a bike in Taipei safe?
Taiwan drivers are notoriously aggressive, but rest assured! Safety is our number one priority. We will be sticking to bike trails, wide sidewalks, and quiet backroads. All participants are provided with a helmet and are given thorough instructions about safe bicycling in Taiwan. You will be safe with us!
